how easy is it to transfer funds from an external bank to wise?
very easy it's like using cash app.

I don't know why cash app ain't global like Wise and Revolut is but it's not.

You can send yourself money and pay rent with it. And if someone steals your card they only get what you have on the card nothing more. you can use it as a virtual card like apple pay. I don't know if they'll mail a card anywhere but it wouldn't make sense if they only sent it to your house considering it's travel card

The best app That I have seen for weather forcasts in other countries is weatherspark.

Outside of the western world the weather is not a part of newscasts in non farming regions. Obviously when boots on the ground the phone will tell you the weather but for trip planning weatherspark is better than most

Ok For the Sosua heads, Even if you're on tricking timing I wouldn't go to Sosua

But if you don't trust yourself to not swipe right on A.I. slop and get drugged in Colombia I guess Sosua will still work for some.

The actual strip is dead and the deported a Black restaurant owner for essentially no reason So on some Pro Black shyt you should not go to Sosua but for the dudes who wanted to know I heard that Bailee's is the spot where the hoes be mainly mid afternoon.

Around 5 girls be on the beach for a couple of hours

After 11 or so the chicks be in the club at the Playa Chaquita casino. The other casino is smaller and not popping Not even as a gambling spot.

Sundays on the Puerta Plata malecon is still lit again the vast majority are regular women out there learn to dance batchata and some basic spanish and you're good.

Sometimes on wedsnesday Club Ground Zero in Puerta Plata is lit again mostly regular women but some hoes in their too.

Credit card advice

First of all don't use credit in the states other than buying shyt online.

But if you're gonna use a card for travel The Chase Sapphire Preferred is best for most travelers and you should use credit as much as possible while traveling.

However The Robinhood Gold card ( for people using Robinhood is... Gold)

a 3X points for all kinds of spend and technically No annual fee but it does require a Robinhood gold account which coasts 60 bucks a year/

60 bucks beats 95 bucks a year for the average person who doesn't travel all that much. For guys who spend a lot of time in the air the Sapphire suite is still tops.

virtual numbers and emails. When traveling overseas or signing up for things like loyalty cards you want to limit the amount of spam calls and junk emails and physical junk mail you get. One way to limit this is with the cloaked app. You may not want non government people to know where and when you travel.

One other benefit is if you link with someone overseas you'd rather not have them contact you. You use whats app and people will find you

ask me how I know this a girl I knew in Colombia who lives in Spain now hit me up randomly. It wasn't a problem but still

The best thing I use cloaked for is for social media sign ups nikkas used to call me through IG way back in the day

Dating Advice for anyplace other than Colombia If you use Tinder Gold It's ok to use dating apps but you must vet them. A good way to do this is once you match with someone do this no more than a month out but two weeks is fine. Do what you do here and get mad numbers because just like the states a really fine one might not actually date you. Take it to what's app and facetime her some short messages everyday before your trip. Chances are she'll fukk up and let a red flag slip or ask you for money. If she asks for a small gift from the states that's a yellow flag because It may not be available on Amazon or Temu. I get small shyt brought to me and with tariff wars it's more important than ever.

If she's too busy to facetime for five minutes a day then she's probably not serious about the date. In all countries Tinder is the worst dating app and Hinge is usually the best with bumble being second best. Seriously at this point I don't know anyone who is seriously dating a girl they met off a Tinder. Notice any inconsistencies in anything she tells you. Listen more than you talk.

Whatever you do don't let any girl no matter how cool totally maximize your vacation Tell her you got to do some work and stall her out at least one day even if you think she's the one. Never be too available. Unless she's not working she should have something going on too. Cut dates short if they ain't leading to sex chicks will linger on in restaurants and stuff.

Unless you know her family keep your guard up there's a travel trick bro in Sosua (not Dangerous Colombia) who got roofied and shorty stole all his money. Seriously consider knocking a chick off in a cabana use a cheap droid as a travel phone don't bring a laptop if you don't need one. If you can find a digital camera that's better than taking an iphone 17 Pro Max. An Iphone not matter how secure is like driving a KIA an old Google Pixel 5 is like driving a Tesla as far as theft. an Iphone is a major status symbol

I forgot to add even if you never been there before Plan the date. I know it' can be overwhelming but google some decent restaurants that are nice but not too nice, bytches don't like to be heavily flexed on. Go to Airbnb experiences and book something.

Land buying advice from someone who did it.

Step 1 terrain

  • look for a lot that is not in the process of succession that has independent real estate registration. Many people negotiate percentages of a lot, without clear boundaries (proindiviso). That's a danger. Q. EJ seizes one of the partners, and they fall into his lot. The igac has a tool on the internet (geoportal) that shows you the registered boundaries, in case you have questions.
  • go through your municipality's planning and find out the regulations that cover your lot. How much can you occupy on the first floor, how much can you occupy in total, minimum lot area (many rural areas have a minimum lot, otherwise it is complicated or expensive to license). It is affected by forest areas, high-risk areas (flood, landslide, etc.), streams or bodies of water. That can make the terrain unviable. In rural areas it is normal that occupancy is not greater than 10% of the total lot. The height is also common to be no more than 2-3 stories.
  • Does it have a water point? If not, how much does it cost or suddenly there is no local aqueduct nearby. A point of water can be around 10 mm.
  • Light? It also has its cost, especially if it does not have a post on any of the boundaries. Calculate about 16mm or more for this item. Although today, having an isolated solar system is a viable option.
  • Zone inspection. Are there high impact uses like crap nearby? Avoid bad neighbors.
  • nearby public transportation. What is the state of the access road like. The more traffic, the greater the possibility of frequent maintenance.
  • sloping land is usually more expensive to build than flat land. Flat lot is often prone to flooding. Ideal, a lot with a gentle slope.
  • If visiting the lot shows things such as cracks in the ground, it may imply high future costs in the construction and stabilization of the land.
-For the search we worked with a commission agent, who is a character from the region he knows. He should not charge you anything, he earns a commission per sale, borne by the seller. Another source is the town's businesses, bakeries, etc., where they usually publish lots and houses for sale on billboards.

  • if you can, it is better to get a lot with an existing peasant house, even if it is in better condition, and in the future apply for a recognition license (if a construction is more than 10 years old, even if it does not have a license, legalize the situation). You can eventually request a modification of what exists (even if it is 100%). It gives them the chance to familiarize themselves with the site and land the project with what they have already experienced.
  • Patience, and see options as far as you have time.
Costs, depends on each region. Expect to pay between 40 to 400 mm or more per hectare. The further away, the cheaper the logic tends to be.
