Position: Dev - 2 :wow:
Degree: Business Administration in Computer Information Systems...not even Computer science...:wow:
Graduated: spring 2015
Georgia State

Just a couple of his positions points he put on his resume..
· Worked for local businesses and schools to provide them with a unique online branding where there wasn’t one

· Worked with other designers and developers on various projects

:wow:

This nikka asking for 120k...and I know for a fact I will have to hold his hand for months to develop at our level...:wow:

Just a lil fyi brehs....i bring all this up because as of the hiring of the last "lead dev" that washed out after 3 months of work because he got exposed.....all new nikkas on our portfolio have to come through me because I warned management about dude that washed out after they hired him without my knowledge. It took me a week to see he was an impostor and they paid dude big boy $ for 3 months and he didnt do shyt....AND he had 10 years experience..:wow:
damn it didn't even sound like he tried on his resume" worked with developers on various projects" lol:mjlol::mjlol: I'm sorry by op is right, maybe not make fun of him, but lol.

What if he's interviewing to be a Physician, Pediatrician, or Pharmacist? That's recent graduate pay.

OP did not state the position or the field or what school program the prospective employee graduated from, he just went straight to hating.

OP sounds like a crab in the barrell ass nikka

sorry, but resident physicians don't make ANYWHERE near 120K a year. my sister in law is one to be honest.

they're making like 50-60K while working like a slave as a resident for the first couple years.

yup, cuz the OP is trying low-key infer that he's making over 120K.
nah, he's saying he can't believe someone with no experience has the audacity to write that vague ass resume and demand the highest amount of money that no one in that workplace even makes. it sounds like the applicant didn't do his research. it comes off as ungrateful, entitled, and like he has low work ethic. you can't demand the highest pay, more than even your supervisors and CEOs,without any work history to back you up. you don't see how ridiculous that sounds? you can't see how that makes you look to your potential employer? you have to sell your skills to employers. with limited work history there's no proof to your worth. why people mad that you have to prove your worth to make a lot of money? you have to make things happen.

personally, I don't put a salary range on an applicaton UNLESS it's mandatory to do so. and before I would even do that, I'd hit up glassdoor just to find out the reasonable pay range. but lately, the places that have been contacting me about jobs have all giving me the salary range beforehand as to not waste each other's time, which I really appreciate.

I had to neg dude as well.

Op could have gone about this in a completely different way, he has a chance to mentor a young breh (unless he's white then it makes sense). He could dropped knowledge on him that for someone like him 1 year experience is not viable reason to ask for 120k, presenting to him the actual average for someone in his position. So he's confident, so what? Humility will be drilled into him. Instead OP is gonna make him 'reconsider his career choice' even if the kid has a great interview and does everything right OP won't pass him to stroke his ego smh.
