Lies. What is the employer giving YOU a personal attorney for?I can post the paperwork. The plaintiff lives in Irvington, NJ. The law firm is out of Springfield, NJ
I would post the docket number, but I like my anonymity on thecoli.com. But it’s a real lawsuit
I’m just glad, the company is giving me/paying for my lawyer.
If this so called lawsuit is real- the lawyer would represent the entity i.e. your employer not you. The company has employment lawyers either on staff or a firm on retainer/contracted for these types of matters. So why would they provide you personally with an attorney?

You’re not the CEO or a person of importance either. None of ever you said makes any damn sense- that’s what happens with fraudulence.
Lawyers are going to ask you if you talked about the case outside of the job, so it makes no sense they would trust you for testimony when you can’t even restrict yourself from posting on a public forum. You are a damn lie with this thread.

or at the very least not worth the risk and time for the lawyer.
