Im confused on some of the criticisms on the RGIII situation...

See, people here are now changing the narrative.

I was steadfast in my stance that Rose was making the right decision but he and his team didnt handle it well.

There were PLENTY of people criticizing his decision to simply not play.

I was one of the first Coli brehs to say Rose shouldn't play at all last yr & I'm glad he didn't. His decision not to play got criticized b/c he kept open the possibility that he was ready to play & he got criticized mostly for that & under the belief that he was fully healed. He keep talking like he was good & was just trying to get a little stronger, not that he wasn't fully healed. Remember the whole "muscle memories" fiasco? Rose set himself up for the criticism he got.

corn's situation is different b/c he has arrogantly gone out of his way to insist he's ready to go even if it means he might set himself up to get hurt since he's clearly not moving well. corn probably would've been better off taking the first half of the year off (if not the whole season), but he's stubborn & doesn't like to listen to people.

Situations are similar in some parts, but altogether different in the way they were handled by the player & team

With that said the situations are vastly different.

Rose was working his way back to recover and wasn't going to come back until HE was confident in his health. The only reason some people even questioned Rose is because the a$$holes who run the Bulls decided to put his business out there.

RGIII on the other hand stayed talking in the media about being ready to play, but now it's pretty fukking obvious he wasn't ready to play.

I can get to my spots without thinking about it.-Rose. You saw Griffin favoring or thinking about it on throws so the mental aspect was an appropriate reason for him to take his time coming back.

There are plenty of players that play in big games that arent mentally ready and choke but that is still no excuse. That nikka Noah could barely move in that playoff game but he played with so much heart that he willed his team to victory while that nikka Rose was dunking in pregame and shyt...And again, I disagree, his brother and him not being clear with his intentions is really what fueled the hate

noah playing hurt, while he played the entire season, to rose not playing, after he missed the entire season, is not comparable.

it was never realistic for rose to make his return in the playoffs. i agree it wasnt handled well, but that is not where all the criticism derived from.

All the doctors cleared him and said nothing was wrong with his leg...

Rose said " I can't come back until I can dunk on this foot"...there are plenty of clips of him dunking in practice off that foot...

On top of that...during the playoffs...the bulls team was so thin...U got Noah playing damn near 38 minutes a game...you got Hinrich playing so many minutes his fukking thighs gave out...Deng played so much during the season this nikka got some random ass African disease and was in intensive care...Nate Robinson and Jimmy Butler played virtually every minute of the playoffs...I am sure Butler probably shaved two years off his career having the offense ran through him and guarding the other team best player for damn near 48 minutes a game...

You got all this...and you got your MVP player chilling in a fukking GTA Vice City Lance Vance suit...Then you got to see a picture of this nikka in the club...team barely got enough players to dress and play a playoff game...and D Rose on the sideline cause of muscle memory...then this fool had the audacity to say "I see how hard my team is playing for me?" Da fukk kind of shyt is that..."They know my muscle memory issue is very serious that is why they are playing virtually the entire game...they know the pain of getting a random african disease is nothing compared to me barely being able to do a 360 windmill dunk off on foot"

Then we had to watch this "all in for D Rose" bullshyt...I think my fiancee bought this hideous pair of Adidas shoes because of that shyt

No one would be questioning RG3's heart if he missed the first three games while getting ready; hell Cousins could have beaten the Lions yesterday IMO. Anyone can tell RG3 isn't ready, he looks BAD. He looks scared, his runs seem very labored, and obviously he still isn't on the same page with his receivers.

Instead of just focusing on getting ready, this nikka went on a media tour telling everyone he was gonna be ready day 1. Did a lil documentary, had the whole city awaiting his return to greatness. And then what happened? He failed, team is 0-3...and now the media whips the knives out.

The media has been covering the Redskins as the Washington RG3s for awhile, they started that shyt not RG3. Detroit's d-line was pressuring him all day...sooner or later he's going to plant that foot in the wrong place, or get hit at the wrong angle, etc and be done for the year. Dunno if you played high school level football or greater, but it's a completely different mindset with upper level FB players. If they got decapitated on the field, then they're still expected to WANT to come back in and play...with no head! Yes, it seems irrational and self-torturing. But that's their world. If you're out here doing full blown campaigns, commercials, documentaries, ect, and it all blows up in your face, you should expect to take some heat. Just the way it is.
