low camera angle from the distance is creating a bit of an illusion. And the dude standing next to him is short. He got up in that pic but not as high as it looks. Footage and pix from vertical test in NFL are from more neutral positions. Sit in a chair and watch someone dunk, youll see what im describing.

The OP was totally mistaken comparing D. Wade's standing vertical to Doug McD's 3-step vertical.

Did Chad report this information without that consideration (ie in a dubious way)? Chad Ford is ridiculously wrong most of the time.
i thought Wades standing was 31 and his step was 35 though...

nope. D-Wade's standing vert was 31.5". max vert 35.0". DraftExpressProfile: Dwyane Wade, Stats, Comparisons, and Outlook

hence the reason i don't believe this shyt no more.

there's no way that fat cac could jump higher than Wade. no way.

Athletes are clearly getting better. Training and diet has enhanced the modern day athlete. In 50 years there's gonna be nikkas with 50 inch verticals and shyt. Dudes gonna be doing NBA Jam dunks.

elite bodybuilders don't even get to 3 percent body fat and if they do its only for competition days. you would die walking around with 3 percent body fat.

thats cause elite body builders are usually on steriods and be cut as fukk but at 12-14% body fat... cause they body is practically fake at that point (hard for me to describe it.. thats just the best way I can put it)

athletes can easily (I shouldnt say easily but especially running backs/dbs/lbs/track athletes) get around 5% body fat..

Yeah that 3-5 % bf is some bullshyt???I think they either use tape or calipers it's not a true assessment.

Hes been measured by numerous teams, try outs and currently works in a gym we can measure our body fat % whenever..

and unless you get measured under water you'll never know your 100% true body fat % anyway but with other measurements you can come close.

it looks like you are basing your information on that horrible chart above.. I can find a chart right now that says any one 5'8 and over 140 lbs is obese.. does that mean its accurate ?
