Footage and pix from vertical test in NFL are from more neutral positions. Sit in a chair and watch someone dunk, youll see what im describing.

Hes been measured by numerous teams, try outs and currently works in a gym we can measure our body fat % whenever..

and unless you get measured under water you'll never know your 100% true body fat % anyway but with other measurements you can come close.

it looks like you are basing your information on that horrible chart above.. I can find a chart right now that says any one 5'8 and over 140 lbs is obese.. does that mean its accurate ?


chart is a general guideline. i've read up on nutrition and and body fat shyt a LOT in the past. it is NOT easy to be 5 percent bf without ridiculous genetics and supplements and training. did he get tested in water or with calipers? unless its in water i don't trust it.

dion jordan was supposedly 3.8 percent. but i cant find info on how he was tested.

thats cause elite body builders are usually on steriods and be cut as fukk but at 12-14% body fat... cause they body is practically fake at that point (hard for me to describe it.. thats just the best way I can put it)

athletes can easily (I shouldnt say easily but especially running backs/dbs/lbs/track athletes) get around 5% body fat..

Soccer Players too...i played D-1 and most nikkaz were in the 6-10% range...but 6 of the dudes on the squad were 4-5%:patrice:

If your naturally slim and work out religiously it's not hard. I've seen people of all shapes and sizes. I used to work in a gym and my dad is a strength and conditioning coach. Ive been around this shyt my whole life and I've seen motherfukkers who you'd swear look like they have a gut but are at 9-10% body fat.

From what I've seen I'd say that most players at positions like RB or WR in the league are between 5-8%. It's just the type of shape you've got to be in to succeed at that level.

shyt we 26/27 years old still out there doing drills n shyt on a football field running 40s and shyt

running hills and shyt

summer coming up and im about 14% body fat :huhldup: im thinking about hitting these in door soccer games up for fun and cardio on sunday nights (I cant keep up with them youngins on any other night.. sunday more of a old person night like myself) and hoop or run hills once or twice a week as well

ill be good to go by mid june doing that shyt :ahh:

Ma & Pa already blessed a nikka with a natural physique, but I'm ready to take it to the next level.I have a high metabolism, so it's hard for me to gain weight.At 6'3, I've always been between 178-185 pounds my whole life.I was 178 in August of last year.Decided to do some dirty bulking just to see if I could get my "man weight" up...after 10 months of pigging out, I was able to put on 27 pounds.I'm 205 right now.

So you're saying you don't have to be all strict with your diet? Just as long as you put in the work? I like the sounds of that.As of right now, all I do is push ups & sit ups.No cardio.

I'm probably at about 16% body fat, but I'd like to get down to about 9-10%, and be ripped.

What would you suggest I do to lower my body fat and get ripped while at the same time maintaining my 200 pound weight?

yeah he looks between 7-8% to me too...in a sport like football, being 5% body fat would likely hinder your performance....its not easy to keep your body fat that low.....4-5% are body fat percentages of Olympic endurance runners..and doctors recommend those levels as the lowest
