summer coming up and im about 14% body fat

im thinking about hitting these in door soccer games up for fun and cardio on sunday nights (I cant keep up with them youngins on any other night.. sunday more of a old person night like myself) and hoop or run hills once or twice a week as well
ill be good to go by mid june doing that shyt

just stay away from sodas mostly and dont OD on cookies or donuts every day and shyt
just go put in work
better find some hills to run or hit them incline sprint intervals
