The gym is everything to me :damn:

I miss my 60 minutes of cardio or day. I miss zoning out and listening to music. I miss the awkward hellos and goodbyes to the gym staff. I miss that runner's high. I miss that random person getting on the machine next to me even though there are 10 others available. I miss those pawgs in their neon colored tights and sneakers. I miss those black queens doing squats. I miss those naked 70 year old cacs...not :huhldup:

Calisthenics from home.
Walking/running outside for cardio

It's really easy breh. Just buy a weight set and keep it at home. Unless you want to be a power lifter, you don't really need the gym.

Haven't been to the gym in like 10 months and people think I'm in there three times a week.

I start my day with a long morning walk and once I'm home I've been doing push-ups, planks, wall sits and jumping rope. Try to add a walking routine for some cardio breh.
I'll do this tomorrow. And gonna go to this local trail this weekend. Hopefully it isn't crowded either.

Train like Bo Jackson and Hershel Walker. They didn't use weights until they got to the pros IIRC.
they country boys they did cardio calisthenics n farm work like george foreman..

dig ditches and used a sledge hammer on tractor tires and shyt...
