Memphis probably needs a stronger coach too, sooner or later. Taylor Jenkins has won 44.5 games/year and 3 playoff appearances as a first time head coach, which is admirable, but the team took a step back this season and it's collective immaturity was on full display, which also links to the dearth of leadership from the top...
