Put half in a low risk mutual fund and ask an advisor if there is a low risk asian tech fund you can invest in.

Construction, engineering, and mining are always good bets. Do not put any serious amount of money into cryptocurrency. I would say 10% of your money at best and even then it has to be in bitcoin specifically and no other coin.

Asian tech is the future. America's tech sector isnt run by innovators its run by investors. They just buy something someone else invents or tries to rebrand something that already exists. Nearly every new announcement in the last 5 years has been an obvious scam(like FTX) or a flop(meta verse, Apple Intelligence, apple vision pro).

China and korea are working on cheaper and more efficient robots and electric vehicles which theyre selling domestically and abroad. American CEOs are too p*ssy to compete on quality and too greedy to compete on price so they just beg the government to ban foreign goods. The rest of the world is slowly recovering from colonialism and they're hungry for affordable products.
