Just water, zero calorie drinks, salt, and tea. Haven't ate all day so far and got a small headache. I'ma fight through it though.

you not gonna make it if you already struggling right now. I regularly skip breakfest and lunch just due to being busy. Most days my first meal is at 5:30pm.
Only eat breakfest on the weekends. Lunch sometimes if i get too hungry.
Just for comparison i haven't eaten or had anything to drink at all today yet Just because i didn't think about it. But now you mention it i will have some water. and maybe an orange.

Y'all be eating from nasty ass restaurants and then blame the food industry as evil


You can get all of those benefits by just eating light, a gallon of water/day, 8 hours of sleep, and cardio. Avoid salt and sugar
