unless youre stuck in the middle of nowhere with no food in sight theres no way youll go through with this all the way

Yes you’ll lose weight but a lot of it will be glucose and glycogen weight. Do you have a lot of fat?

you not gonna make it if you already struggling right now. I regularly skip breakfest and lunch just due to being busy. Most days my first meal is at 5:30pm.
Only eat breakfest on the weekends. Lunch sometimes if i get too hungry.
Just for comparison i haven't eaten or had anything to drink at all today yet Just because i didn't think about it. But now you mention it i will have some water. and maybe an orange.
This is me as well, just be busy. Sometimes I realize I havent eaten all day...but now its too late in the evening (dont like eating meals after 7-8pm) and I'll just wait until the next day to eat a healthy breakfast. But then, I probably wont eat for the rest of the day because of that breakfast being enough for me. I'll just drink a lot of water or fruit smoothie later on if needed.

Did a 7 day fast before. The first 3 days were the worst, day 4-6 we're great, and day 7 was bad only because I was anticipating eating again. When you do finish the fast don't eat a big unhealthy meal. Start off with some fruits and veggies then gradually add in dairy and meats or your stomach is gonna be jumpin like Jordan.

Benefits of a 21 day Water Fast

Good move. I’ve done a 21 and 14 day fast. Felt superhuman!! All I had was water, tea, psyllium husk, probiotics, and multi vitamins.


FYI, the first 3 days were yeh toughest. Headaches and sleepiness. However, once the 3 days pass it gets much better. Keep yourself busy and HYDRATED!!

Good move. I’ve done a 21 and 14 day fast. Felt superhuman!! All I had was water, tea, psyllium husk, probiotics, and multi vitamins.

I been trying to research and figure out if a multi vitamin would break the fast or not being as though it has to be digested :patrice:
