Just redirect that addictive energy into something positive, like a business or the gym.


Don’t stop completely right now.... but see if you got the discipline to cut it in half..... if you can, you might be able to do some introspective shyt and figure out why you lean on the dope so hard to feel normal/sane/not down
I would wake up, go to work, come home, do coke all night, sleep for 45 mins and get up to do it all over again the next day.
