Answer this....if you could trade Melo for LeBron today, would you do it?

Nope, for various reasons:

- I've come to appreciate Melo's game and want to see how far we can go with him
- I believe in medium/long-term (about 5-6 years) so I'd like to see how far this current core can go for the Knicks, ever since we started the rebuilding phase we STILL have not had a full training camp and season at full strentgh. By core I mean Melo-Chandler-Felton-Shump-Smith, other guys are unfortunately old (Kidd, Camby, Wallace, Thomas, Prigioni) or could be parted with (STAT -because of injuries-, Novak -fan favorite but too one-dimensional, Copeland, White, Martin).
- I'm still not a fan of Bron's game (don't misunderstand that as me saying Melo's better than Bron. He's not.)
-Why would I want Bron now when he already made it clear (in 2010) that he doens't want to play in NY?

Again, as I've stated twice, I did not want Jordan on the Knicks, I wanted the Knicks to beat Jordan. I want us to beat the best to become the best, not team with them.

Of course. We had a rivalry way before Lebron. Ever since we got Riley the two fanbases have been beefing.


I think for the most part I hate the Knicks because growing up in Miami I was surrounded by Knicks fans and I hated them fukkas. Some of you may not know this but Miami has a huge amount of Knicks fans. Most of them are people that are from NY that moved down there fleeing the cold. Snow birds as we call them.

They move down there and come in with their NY attitudes and "NY state of mind" like they're all that and they're gonna run sh!t acting tough like they're gonna be the big fish in this small pond ...until they run into the Liberty City and Carol City crews that puts them in their place.

Little do they know that this is Florida: every 13 year old has access to guns. Personally, I dont get along with people from NY but at the same time, about 70% of chicks i've dated are either from or grew up in NY.

But anyway I told you guys I sometimes get more satisfaction seeing the Knicks lose than I do seeing my own Heat team win because I used to love seeing these snow birds be all miserable after they got rolled the night before.
