Where in Harlem were you? Last time I was there, I was in Hamiltom Heights and it was not that white, and that's one of the most gentrified parts. It seemed way more Hispanic than black, though.

what is the racial breakdown of what you see (percentages)?

from the jump it seem like it's pretty mixed. I see a LOT of whites and some Asians as much as I see blacks and latinos of varying degrees(black and mixed).

Biggest change I've seen (besides the neighborhoods that have been gentrified for decades already) is Bushwick. In addition to a lot more white folk, there are also a lot more Mexicans.

Nice. I use to live a block up from seasoned vegan on 7th ave and 113th. That block is notorious for fiends ( they usually across the street at the deli and up the block near the supermarket) so I’m not surprise. Love Harlem! Like a second home
