This is me. Started at 17 and I can’t say it’s positively affected my life in any way. It’s just something to pass time. I had to throw that shyt in the bushes.

For my girl it’s the opposite. She says it helps her anxiety and quiets all the thoughts running through her head. Everybody is different.
