for you its 160-170g

its not that hard to get that
smh at me thinking i needed 1g per pound i weigh. i was at 185 and getting 185g felt impossible. i tried for a few days and i just gave up.

its not that hard to get that

it can get tough to do it 7 days a week....especially if youre trying not to get too much protein from shakes

i cant drink protein shakes with water, but when i drink too many with milk i shyt all day. getting 200-230 grams a day can be a chore, especially if youre trying to eat lean protein
