To compete you need a good team. Basketball isn't a 1 on 5 sport bruh. If that's the case, the teams who do the least during free agency and never try to acquire good players would be considered the most competitive teams in the league.
That would make the Hawks the most competitive team so far during free agency after dumping every good player except Al. They are showing they really wanna compete for a title this season.
