yea I thought the ghostwriting was gonna be the end of it too. I don't know how you get caught red-handed with reference tracks and youre still allowed to battle anybody.

I wasn't expecting a battle and I'm sure meek wasn't expecting one either. then the public forced him to microwave a track while he was on tour, claiming he took forever to respond, as if its a race.

Meek really is an MC, really came up battling and I don't blame him for thinking it was a KO. The question is, did the public force him organically or were people put in place to fire things up online? I think the later.

Nah, this loss was bigger than Meek, hip hop lost when real artist didn't get at Drake for having ghost writers. Meek gave up when he realized everyone sided with Drake even though he was keeping it real and calling a fraud out.

I think Meek realized that it was pointless. Drake has a monster machine backing him. That always wins in this day where everything is about commercial & media.
Even if Meek drops an Ether level diss, Drake could come back with a mediocre song, and everybody would be clowning Meek and dikkriding Drake. Back to Back was a below average record if you are looking at it with objectivity.

Let's say Drake and Meek were just 2 regular Coli nikkas. And we found out Meek was smashing Drake's dream chick and was smashing other chicks he was simping over and exposed him for being a fraud. We would be flaming Drake for eternity. But the media isn't real life.

What Meek has going for him is that he is about to drop a mixtape. And he always delivers with his mixtapes. His best bet is to just drop the beef and make good music.
