My lady ran track throughout hs and college on top of being a vegan so she has always had a nice build. I can't see myself going back to the thick soft look that black men tend to lust after.

more visible muscle mass. The reason most women aren't low body fat is, surprise surprise, they give up too soon.

You have to do mental battle with yourself, when you go from narrow shoulders, soft arms and a more barrel-shaped torso to
a much smaller, tighter waist, but also a wider shoulder base, reduced breast size, more sturdy arms, and endless hating bytches,
male and female, talking about

Meanwhile they look like shyt, and as they get older, will have physical problems because even lifting 30 pounds leaves them winded.

Gaining muscle doesn't make you any less feminine, it simply goes against what people usually see:Weak, mushy female frames that
fall apart as youth goes by. There is a great reason people look to women with great genetics, because most women don't take care
of themselves, and everyone wants to praise those lucky enough to look better longer.

Exercise and diet can give you the exact same benefits. Eat dat rep, girl. You da real MVP.

I follow this chick on Instagram, while she looks what people would call "manly" here, she looks really nice and feminine in clothing. I don't think I could get to this level though since I don't have a really active lifestyle.

It's simple. Girls like that are just a couple levels above active track athletes and gymnasts. Super fukking strong, high muscle mass, but typically a bit
higher fat percentage when they aren't actively competing. Nothing about that woman looks manly, cause even her strongest features are tiny
compared to a comparatively fit man.

Remember, she is like a 1 percenter. MOST MEN DON'T LOOK LIKE THAT! :flabbynsick: or skinnyfat men outnumber the elite-fitness level dudes. You literally have very few men
walking around to compare her to. It is a deflection of her hard work and a shytty put down by knuckleheads. People can say what they want, but their higher medical
bills, and chronic back pain when they are 40+, joint pain at 50+, arthritis, etc etc etc...all reduced or eliminated by strength training. Not endless cardio, strength training.

They can hate all they want, people just want to be ok with not doing shyt for themselves. Not working out is signing over your rights to a longer, healthier life.

Who the fukk does that? 4 hours in the gym a week and a decent diet asking too much? Don't even need a gym. Parks are free. Yoga in the house...blah blah blah just
lazy people everywhere.

In the meantime, just take up yoga, pick up the dozens of squat-like movements, and the dozens of pushup variations. You can get quite a leap, you will just have to be consistent
and do your diet thing right.
Well I'm going to do these workouts in these fit affinity boos I bought. I plant to start on the 5th since I'm currently sick :wow:

The problem is most people on this site dont workout in a gym and have never really seen these fit chicks in person. I used to think it was ugly then my wife started to tone up and i seen the transformation of women at the gym and my whole opinion changed. Nothing like your girl having energy in the bedroom. And holding on to a tone ass feels so much better then the cottage cheese most dudes post on here. Pictures are decieving. Real life experiences are the tru way to measure how good a girl looks.
