There is confusion when people talk about fit/toned vs muscular; in my opinion there is a slight difference, but they can mean the same. The chick that Mars posted fit/toned with muscle. The average woman, what you're referring to, is generally fit, but isn't toned. Then you have the bodybuilding females which are repulsive to the general population of males.

The women you like tend to have more fat(more wobble)... which is ok.
