I'm thinking of picking up a Sony TV

Is it worth buying? Which model? I looked at a bunch of TVs last time I was at Best Buy, I don't really keep on TVs like that...

Thought it was cool it had psn built in for cord cutting purposes. I'll also play my ps4 on it(I know a bit redundant).

Should I just go to Best Buy? I can order off Amazon but if it doesn't fit in the lockers I'm sure it'll never make to my place.


Open to suggestions. I'll probably drop around 1300-1500.

agreed. And sony 4Ks are known to have sound lag. I like my samsung 4k SUHD a lot

I went 48". More than enough for my room. I got 3 years 0% interest financing at Best Buy.

I like Best Buy's tv selection.

I got a 60" from best buy. Believe it or not if you're on a budget Vizo has a 60" that isn't half bad. I own one as well and like it alot.

I cant comment on other brands but every tv in my house is Sony

i swear by bravia Model Sony TVs now I am not up on 4k but I have 3 of their Bravia series tvs in the house.

Sony's aren't bad, but I've owned both brands and preferred samsung easily. It wasn't until I had them both in my house that I realized I preferred the samsung. Blacks seemed deeper and the colors overall were more vibrant. I would take los' reccomendation any day too though. Sounds like you would be straight with either one in the long run even though my preference is Samsung.

All around best is samsung. I think the sonys look over sharpened and cool. LG ain't bad either.

Got a 50 inch bravia in september, love it..i had a sound lag issue that was seemingly fixed in an update...i recommend it

Edit:dont buy online...go to the store to make sure u know exactly what ur buying
