Is it worth buying? Which model? I looked at a bunch of TVs last time I was at Best Buy, I don't really keep on TVs like that...

Thought it was cool it had psn built in for cord cutting purposes. I'll also play my ps4 on it(I know a bit redundant).

Should I just go to Best Buy? I can order off Amazon but if it doesn't fit in the lockers I'm sure it'll never make to my place.

Open to suggestions. I'll probably drop around 1300-1500.

I gotta Sony XBR55X850B 4K TV & love it. It's one of the few Sony passive 3D 4K sets you can get & it's phenomenal. The upscaling to 4k on regular DVD's & blu ray are incredible.

Have a Sony and a Sammy. My Sony's picture is very crisp. But it is dim/dark. My Sammy is much brighter. My only gripe with the Sony.

I have the exact same TV and I co-sign this statement....I'm watching it as we speak

I'm not big on 3D but it looks really good on this set. I also like the fact you can change 2D content (even regular TV) to 3D content with just a touch of a button.

Wherever whores go.....
Sony's are great choices

The 4K models are the following

X830C - Entry level and pretty thick for a tv nowadays. Missing the triluminos engine which all the other models have
X850C - Great tv and usually can be found at very reasonable prices. My pick for best bang for buck
X900 - Exactly like the X850 but thiner. Not worth imo
X930 - Top of the line. Definitely Sonys best TV but the build in speakers are ugly and the tv is thick as fukk.

Samsung are definitely brighter and more vibrant but when it comes to color accuracy and motion, Sonys are the better choice.
But check out the Samsung 7000 series and higher also.

Yeah, I'm pumped. I might get some games in tonight if I'm not beat. Yesterday was the gods birthday so I'm a little under the weather still.
:leon: happy birthday, Allah Akbar :salute:. 26? 27?

What game?

I'm sticking with my Panasonic...I'll sell it to you for 1k. Otherwise, save up and go get a LG OLED tv.
