count calories but don't starve yourself, its slows down your metabolism.

try intermittent fasting... my best eating window was from noon to 8pm. a 16 hr fast

do cardio & weight train.

avoid fried foods, sugars & sodas. drink lots of water.

No excuses. If your tired, sleep is going to be that much better after your first workout.

Hit them squats and them push-ups. Set a goal 4 sets of 25. Or 10 sets of 10.

Even if you have to do modified or assisted push-ups. Do'em. Drink your water, shower, then go to bed.

Just start eating better and being more active then go deeper into it. The vast majority of ā€œdietsā€ fail for this exact reason, most people don’t have the tenacity it takes to stick to something that they don’t like doing or been doing differently, especially when thrown into it head first.
Seriously. Start small and build momentum. Little choices will add up over time.

To start

Stop drinking your calories. Stick to water. If you have to, try some sparkling water or a zero calorie drink but don't depend on it just when you really crave something besides water.


Pick a physical activity you can do at least 4 times a week. Anything walking, running, lifting, play a sport, dancing whatever. You could probably go on YouTube and find a 20 minute at home work out. Just start small and easy, something you can be consistent with. Eventually you'll start doing more and be able to try more difficult exercises. Just start that's the important part.

Count your calories and exercise more. If that shyt seems daunting to you, you're probably wasting energy on the mental side like on porn. Cut that shyt asap.
