I did but I think you are making broad generalizations based on your own experience. Everyone's journey is different and not everyone crashes and burns.

:mjlol: You just want to go back and forth

You goin off what a friend just started doin, not what you’ve done so let’s see where that friend is in 6 months :sas2:

I’ve done the shyt. It’s not a beginners program at all and recommending it to one is bad advice, period. Just start eating better and getting active for a few months then if a person sticks to that, get ya foot wet in more intricate programs.

Join a gym that’s not a chain that charges like $80 a month. Your fat ass will go every single day and sometimes twice a day just to get your money’s worth

I actually think you're the one who wants to go back and forth. There is nothing to argue about. You have your opinion and I have mine. You should be focusing on giving advice to OP instead of trying to police my posts

Just eat healthy and get some exercise 4-5 days a week.

Most of the time I drink water, and if we're moving outside of water its just coffee, tea, and smoothies.

Your meals should consist of solid, but healthy food.
Vegetables are your friend, as are lean cuts of meat, grains like rice and quinoa, and fruit.

This is all it takes, just be consistent, and get a partner who will keep you accountable.
Biking, jogging, daily pushes, sit ups, lunges and crunches are all ways to get in some exercise.
Get a gym membership, it may help.
