yea I had a couple bad experiences in my teenage/pre-teen years that followed me for a long ass time

You need to toughen up, join a Jiu Jitsu club and meet people that way, socialize with them WHILE also getting your ass beat on the daily on the mats.

Once you internalize that taking a L on the mat isn't the end of the world and you have a chance to win the next day, your whole mental game will change for the better. Then when you make another dude tap out, you'll gain even more self confidence that you can win in life in other ways that's my advice b.
