Yea. As a frag head, I know that the community is like .5% of the population, it’s just amplified because it’s an easy hobby to create content around. The average person doesn’t know what they’re smelling, they simply either like it or they don’t

1000%, i got niche stuff ranging from $400 to Ross clearance $8.....folks can't tell the difference, I hate Sauvage ( Ambroxan) and blind bought the Walmart version of it years ago for $5, to me it smells like urinal cakes but people have said they liked my scent, had me highly disappointed

The newest one (eau forte) is water based, not alcohol based. Sprays on white, and poor projection and longevity. AND it costs more.

Edit to say I think he went with a water-based formula so that he could sell it in the Middle East. Some very devout Muslims have money but don't wear western style colognes since alcohol is the carrier. Never mind that the alcohol in question isn't the type of alcohol you can drink...

The perfumer in question is the guy behind baccarat rouge 540.

Dior make great fragrance just like Versace and Lancome
