You gotta watch the games. He had zero talent on the o-line or at WR. After Week 1, they looked like the worst team in the league. And yet they finished 6-10 and were in a bunch of other games. All because of Josh Allen.
Because of the lack of help on the o-line and at WR, Josh Allen turned himself into the White Mike Vick to lead that team to wins. Did you forget all the weeks he ran for 100 yards? He was not a runner in college but he turned into an elite runner because of the lack of talent around him.
Stats are a by-product of the players around you and the scheme. Its not a reflection of talent. Josh Allen showed himself to be a great player last season. All he needs is a little more help and he'll be a SUPERSTAR.
