A. That was a weak Eastern Conference. Bron stans and haters can agree on that. If the East were as talented as it is now, a similarly talented Cavs team probably would've struggled to get to 52 wins... and the East isn't even that talented now when compared to the West.
B. Why would a free agent pass on playing in LA, New York, Miami, Atlanta, or Dallas just to go to Cleveland
