i honestly don't know anymore, i feel so disconnected from hip hop now outside of this site. because if it wasn't for seein' different artists' names and music on here, i wouldn't know who the fukk was who and still don't a lot of times because there's so much shyt and so much of it sounds so much alike that it's just noise to me a lot of times these days. i can't even keep up with it because it's constantly new nikkas and music comin' out it feel like everyday. so i'm interested in seein' who y'all think and view as the best rapper in the game right now:jbhmm:

Technically Lupe Fiasco. No one is better than him when it comes to metaphors, punchlines, plus he has an abundance of flows. He's the best lyricist in rap.

Musically it's a toss up. Kendrick and Drake are on two different ends of the spectrum but musically Kendrick is being experimental and making great songs. Drake can still put a song together even if he hasn't written the lyrics to all of them.
