Curry is yet to prove that he can make any team he's on a contender, and he may never get the chance, or need to prove that he can and if that's the case great for him. What he's done so far has been amazing, but he has one of the best all around teams around him in NBA history. I was watching them earlier and the last guys in their rotation would start on most teams, and could start on contending teams if the situation was ideal for their skillset.

this is not true

i dont know why people are always saying this

Bron is on a 28 game stretch of 26, 8, 7.5 on 55%FG, 39%3P

This ideal that hes taken a big step back is just wrong

Bron took a team with his best players being Larry Hughes, a past his prime Ilgauskas and Drew Gooden to the Finals

Youre gonna have to excuse me while I laugh at the thought of him not getting an 8 seed this season with that Knicks team
People are now underrating Bron :wow:

Dude plays good defense (not elite) and still is a beast on offense. What else do people want from him? It's like people forgot what they saw in the finals. Smith was missing WIDE open shots that LeBron and Delly were getting him. Nothing LeBron can do about that.

Can we just ban @Liquid and @Malta from all Carmelo related threads? There really is no objectivity from them at this point. Not to say that there isn't SOME truth to the things they say, but they rarely add anything new to conversations about Melo and they just end up writing paragraphs about how useless he is.

Interesting the LeBron is head and shoulders ahead of the pack, but Curry supposed to be the new leader of the pack. Personally, I think Bron and Curry could get them in the playoffs. Just surprised more people aren't voting Curry. There's legit time when Curry is getting quadruple teamed. Bron doesn't really demand that kind of attention on offense. Plus, when he's surrounded by trash he takes plays off on defense, so whatever defensive advantage he might have over Curry is questionable.

In a clean swap with any player in the league the Knicks are not making the playoffs . Y'all keep tryna act like its melo fault the Knicks suck. We been bad since 2002 .. Bad trades , trading away draft picks, and bad personnel decisions. I can't see New York winning a chip unless Dolan finally decides to sell the team to a competent owner who cares about winning.

Nah... not at all. I'm actually of the opinion that Melo's time is almost up and he's past being elite. But I also recognize he's still one of the better players in the league and has a useful skillet. They, on the other hand, barely recognise him as a solid NBA player and contributor.
