Now I know a lot of you nikkas and niggett's never even seen a dirt road, walked outside the house barefoot, had a place with a front and back yard, or ever been fishing. basically any of that good ole "country" shyt. So you might not have actually tasted them.

and I was just like yall growing up, family would have em at the holiday gathering. And I'm all like ew, yall nikkas eat that. Pops was trying to get me to try em for the longest, and I was like nah I'm talking it took me well into my late teens, to give them a chance.

And when I did.

I ain't saying You should eat em every day.

But.man its got to be up there with some of the tastiest foods you can eat.

Born and Raised in Birmingham, AL and I have never eaten chitterlings. My mother used to clean them in the kitchen and I would turn around and go right back out the house. When we had cookouts at my grandparent's house all my other family members would eat them but not me. I'm the only one in my family that doesn't eat them. Whenever my mother cooked them, she would fry some chicken for me instead.

You got me mistaken, I didn't eat fried chicken because it was healthier than Chitterlings, I ate fried chicken because that was what my mother cooked for me instead. Had nothing to do with eating healthier. Just being honest, that shyt stank!! I just can't get pass the smell, it stinks when it's being cleaned, it stinks when it's being cooked, and it stinks when it's sitting on the kitchen table. People in my family put hot sauce on it and it still stinks!!
I'll never forget one time my family had chitterlings and I was eating my fried chicken. My brother was fukking with me dangling some chitterlings close to my face. Well, 2 drops of the juice from the chitterlings fell on my chicken. Before I knew it, I slapped his ass out the chair he was sitting in!! He was on the floor like Then when I turned around, my mamma slapped me to the ground and I was like We laugh about now, but I don't fukk with no chitterlings breh!!
