The historic precedent is somewhat ironic and fitting.
Lamar didn't have an MVP season last year but played QB on the most successful regular season team. In August 2024 most had Buffalo backsliding due to lack of offensive talent/names, myself included. I said a while ago that overall team strength should be considered and it was.
So 2 years in a row of a guy who "didn't deserve" MVP getting MVP. I'm surprised but not mad.

You do realize he plays in the AFC East, right?
It's deserved, but that team probably goes 9-8 with Trubisky as the QB in that division. The Jets, Pats, and Dolphins ALL finished under .500. That division was down there with the AFC South and NFC South. Don't just be in here talking crazy to validate something that doesn't need validating.
