Why they put all this seasoning on the food at hooks

It was all good until you said something about the seasoning at Hooks. Assuming it’s the same type of Hooks as in PA, that seasoning is called “sprinkled crack”. If nikkas up here ask for extra “crack” on their fries or chicken and it’s not on there, the food gets sent back…
