No, but if you had no explanation as to how the doctor was negligent, the judge would dismiss you for the fool that you are.

There is no justification to say Obama didn't try to protect as many Americans as he could, including black Americans.

they fund raise, donate, educate and have been hands on advocates for black people. personally i look at the obama's as inspiration because of what they went through, but how much more do they need to give back?

I can't recall how much but, remember, he'd written about having student loans up until that point. Since the presidency, they've made out very well. I don't begrudge them, that's what ex presidents do. However, if they're gonna make out so well materially, I'd expect better for us than being shot in the street like dogs.
