In the big 3 NFL,NBA,MLB which position is the most important?

I'm going to say of the big 3 the pitcher position is the most important. The right pitcher can control the entire game. No other position has that kind of power in any of the 3 major sports.

Well some have stated a qb or pg is the most coveted. Matter of fact for the longest a center was the most coveted in the NBA. Always getting drafted first so its not as clear cut as some would think.

As far as one game, it's clearly the pitcher. However since starting pitchers only play 30 or so games, the QB is the guy for a whole season.
