The o line and run game will be better next year so even if Del Rio is as bad as Treon (I doubt that he will be), Mac and Nuss should be able to rely a bit less on qb play to help the offense out.

Addition by subtraction to the run game too. If/when KT declares, that means more carries for the Jordan's and we got big azz Mark Thompson incoming too :blessed: Wonder if they'll redshirt Lemical Perine :lupe:

So this mafukka basically was expecting us to hand him back the job (when his suspension ended) if what Dooley saying is true?

His dad is the one that's gassing him up, most likely. Dude is a certified nutcase living vicariously through his bytch made kid. Like I said earlier, good riddance to Will and his entire loony tunes ass family :camby:

247 is actually pretty much agreeing with us:jawalrus:

Honestly Will only had one good game against Ole Miss. Other than that he was up and down:manny:

Word is that Del Rio would have started if eligible this year

Agree, KT was solid, but he can't carry a team by himself like Henry. If the other Jordans had more experience, they'd had more carries.

That o line didn't help either though :scust:
KT almost had 1K with arguably the worst line in the country. If he had a Bama type OL he would have been in the Heisman conversation.

Maryland QB commit says Florida recruits “want me to be the leader”

Maryland QB commit says Florida recruits "want me to be the leader"

Florida now has a giant hole at the quarterback position after news broke Saturday afternoon that Will Grier was transferring from the program.

Currently, the Gators have two quarterbacks returning next season. Sophomore Treon Harris, who took over for Grier after he was suspended for a calendar year for taking performance-enhancing drugs, and Oregon State transfer Luke Del Rio, who had to sit out the 2015 season because of NCAA transfer rules.

The Gators will also have 4-star quarterback Feleipe Franks and 2-star quarterback Kyle Trask on campus in January, as both prospects are early enrollees.

Now the question becomes: Will Florida go after any other quarterbacks in this year’s recruiting class? We already know that the Gators made a late, strong push to flip UGA quarterback commit Jacob Eason, but he ultimately decided to stick with the Bulldogs.

What about Maryland quarterback commit Dwayne Haskins? The 4-star quarterback took an official visit to Florida in November and is very popular with current Gators commits.

Shortly after it was known that Grier would not be returning to Florida, current Gators commits tweeted at Haskins.

Florida WR signee Dre Massey:

Florida RB signee Mark Thompson:

Florida safety signee Chauncey Gardner:

Florida OL Brandon Sandifer

@dh_simba7 you know what's good my boy

— Heavy Chocolate (@_bsandifer) December 19, 2015

SEC Country reached out to Haskins to get his thoughts on the tweets he received.

“It shows they want me to be the leader,” Haskins said. “I can tell those guys really like me.”

Haskins did not answer whether or not Grier’s departure helps Florida’s case on flipping him.

Haskins is rated as the nation’s No. 7 pro-style quarterback.

The Grier situation has been a black cloud over the QB situation since the shyt went down. I'm glad it's finally over.
I hope he didn't think we would put the damn program on hold while he served his suspension :dahell:

Them white boys over at GC on suicide watch....their savior has decided to jump ship :lolbron:
