Wu Tang is forever, therefore I reject the premise of the thread

even at their lowest (like, now), there's always someone who reps the Wu with pride and dope music - right now, Rae and Ghost.

2000... after Ghostface put them back on point, and then they dropped 'The W' which officially killed all their restored faith.

The W was a great album. The only problem with that album is that Conditioner throws off the vibe of the album, especially it coming in the middle. I don't get the dislike for Gravel Pit. The beat is actually an old RZA beat from '95/96 and Ghost, U-God & Meth all kill it.

Iron Flag was good too. Uzi, In the Hood, Babies, Y'all Been Warned, Back in the days, Radioactive, Iron Flag....The problem with Iron Flag is that it sounds more like a compilation than an album. Every track sounds like it belongs on someone else album. 8 Diagrams is hit/miss with most so I won't discuss. I see both sides.

They've continued to put out great music, even if most flew under the radar. The 1st 2 Bobby Digital albums, all of Ghost albums except More Fish, Masta Killa's No Said Date belongs in the first wave classics, GZA -Protools, U-God Dopium, 4:21, Chamber Music and Legendary Swords, Afro Samurai soundtracks...Wu is here Forever

Wu Tang Forever was a huge dissapointment for former Wu Stans like me when it dropped and marked the end of an era for the Wu.

I mostly blame RZA for the Wu's downfall.

As a group 2008 but Ghost has been dropping fire from 93-2012. Rae and Meth occasionally drop quality too (Blackout 2 and OB4CL2).

RZA's change in style and attitude has been a huge drawback for Wu.
