That hair looked feminine as hell.

I'm gonna make an assumption and say women in the comments are disagreeing with the father and that the boy should still have his hair. Why do women do want to do this to boys:why:

I can tell why some of ya'll DON'T have wives/gf's...

Yeah, the dad should've at least run it by the mother. It's not ONLY his child just like it's not ONLY her child. They co-parent. All decisions regarding their child together should be discussed.

That's not being a hoe, a simp, lame, etc...that's just being adults

it's not about the hair

it's the emotional attachment to his hair

he is mirroring his mother & a woman's perspective

Sohh when a nikka is upset that his edgeup/line up/shape up/ whatever yall call it whre you from is messed up, it's because he's a gay? When a nikka is upset his hairline is receding or he getting bald in the top, it's because he's gay and has an unhealthy obsession with his hair?

How bout when you guys clown nikkas for having fukked up hairlines and whatever are yall gay and have unhealthy obsessions with hairlines?

The boy looks upset, but he’ll be aight. There’s gone be other things pops does that hurts his feelings and makes him upset, as well. His feelings would have minimal impact on my decision.

He should’ve ran it by his mama, though. nikkas avoid talking to their women or child’s mothers to avoid confrontation and argument, but sometimes arguments have to happen. He let it get that long, so from the outside looking in, it appears the dad was on some petty shyt. Should’ve been had it cut if there was a problem

Somewhere tropic...
Should be discussed, sure
But no way my son is running around with a ponytail after a certain age
These "co-parenting" situations be a trip :francis:

And I see in the twitter thread birds saying he should've asked the momma. That argument works both ways if you're going to use it did the momma tell the father she wanted his little boy walking around with long ass barbie doll hair.

My thoughts exactly.

Dad was in the wrong. Both parents should have a say in how their child is presented.

It's lame to cut little dude hair off like that without his input but that's just me. As long as they're not wearing a dress or something extreme I think it's cool for kids to express themselves.
