Plus, I can easily build a house
What I don't do is hand out keys to dumb hoes who ain't put a dime into my crib but think they're gonna be fukking the next nikka in it cuz I was stupid enuff to get married
You can't easily build a house by yourself this isn't legos...can you effectively run the wiring and set up the sewage system and than have the structural integrity...the only thing one person can build is a shack.

Actually, building shelter wouldn't be difficult
And having the $$$ to build your own house isn't improbable... My uncle did his..
But a woman's inability to learn certain BASIC skills, like cook a meal, is definitely more of a red flag than a mans inability to build a house
