Flat -Works the middle part of chest and is the most popular type of benching and 2nd hardest bench to do

Incline-Works the top part of your chest and is the 2nd most popular bench to do,but the hardest bench to do,but if your getting stronger on Incline your flat and decline bench will skyrocket.

Decline- Works the bottom part of your chest and is the 3rd most popular to do,and the easiest bench to do,also I say it's the easiest on your joints,but some hate the position it puts you in.

Most experienced lifters will tell u to bush the others and stick with decline. I only fukks with incline because it works your shoulders as well.
