Those elections two weeks ago put the whole party on notice. Trump said it himself, the shut down and Trump not being on the ballot is why they lost. Well Trump isn’t going to be on the ballot anymore, and the democrats are probably going to only ever agree to a few months of open government at a time.I have no idea what's going to happen anymore. One day it seems like the entire Republican party has no backbone and will allow Trump to do whatever he wants and the next day, Indiana of all places, has senate republicans in that state who stand up against gerrymandering (even after Trump threatens them for the whole world to see).
And the pendulum continues its swing in the other direction. White people are choosing coexistence and survival after realizing annihilating their enemies comes with the heavy cost of guaranteeing their own demise.
I'm sure people were saying this a couple years ago and then Trump got reelectedBro… they turned their SNAP and EBT off, fukked up their farming money, kicked them out of all kinds of jobs and their healthcare is about to go up quadruple.It's WAY too early to be declaring thatI'm sure people were saying this a couple years ago and then Trump got reelected
All the GOP has to do is come up with an effective enough dogwhistle to rile them up again
Basically they are already fukked and the ship has officially begun to sink as of two weeks ago.Bro… they turned their SNAP and EBT off, fukked up their farming money, kicked them out of all kinds of jobs and their healthcare is about to go up quadruple.
They thought they could deal with it, but they can’t. MAGA even voted to release the Epstein files yesterday.
They ain’t bout that life for real.
It's not gonna be that simple. It's not just a bunch of dog whistles hanging in a closet and they truly went to the extreme this time. They also need a Trump type figure.It's WAY too early to be declaring thatI'm sure people were saying this a couple years ago and then Trump got reelected
All the GOP has to do is come up with an effective enough dogwhistle to rile them up again

@jehawks
Just shows they know the truth, that this month's elections weren't just blue states and blue cities voting. What makes a district blue or red is the margins, and if you take a R+8 district and turn it into R+3, you lose the risk of losing the district entirely in a wave.
