China and India have always had the largest world populations...
The first LARGE human settlements ocurred in said areas. This happened because of the richness of the soil allowed for agriculture to develop and allowed our species to reproduce faster and in a larger scale...
China have already taken measures on population control and their population will start decreasing very soon if it isn't happening already. Now India will surpass them and to tell you the truth I don't know what the world can expect from India, their culture is really unique and well we'll have to see.

Creating numerous offspring = done under insecurity, instability, and sometimes surplus
Although the birth rate between boys and girls seems to be pretty even right now, some parts of India are following the mentality of China's One Child Policy by placing more value on boys (and orphaning/killing their girls). What that does is create a gender imbalance (more boys than girls) which is never good.

LOL. Obviously the cities don't nice. Lots of hot garbage and feces smells. But not always.
I find it funny that people on here rag on Indian women. If you've ever been around them, you know they are on another level with cleanliness, hair treatment and skin care. Seriously some beautiful women. The dime status at an Indian wedding is just off the charts.
plus in India we use a ton of natural stuff for hair/skin care. even as a guy I've found that stuff often works better than pharmacological lotions, creams etc
