The son is on twitter saying he’s not marketing the songs as diss tracks, more of him making a last ditch effort to have a conversation with his father as they haven’t spoken in ten years and he wants to be able to at least talk to him before its all said and done.

Basically said this is the only way to get Ghost’s attention through music as thats the one thing they have in common.

There's no way he hasn't spoken to him in 10 years, considering a few years ago he said that they talked and Ghost would send money, and were working on building a healthy relationship, he just wanted to spend time with him. Those things reduce the deadbeat talk. And in both songs he mentions things Ghost has said to him, I assume these were more recent things. "My dad and I don't see I to eye" It's probably closer to 3-4 years...2 years since the 1st rant plus another year of not talking, other than heated exchanges.

I think it's more that he wants to be paraded around like Wade & Magic's sons, something he says in the other song. But still, a lot of adult offspring cash with their parents, over life choices - Fathers vs sons, and mothers vs daughters is very common.

Plus, none of the Wu have showcased their children. How long was Pxwer doing music before he got a Meth feature...or even for Meth to acknowledge? Uey never featured InTell, and he said the same that Uey didn't want him doing music. Prana, I forget MK's son name...GZA's son Justice... Matter of fact, most from that generation don't.
