Lexus bland? lol Acura yes but Lexus? Try again man. IS350 is smoking the g35-g37/q50/60. Never tried a q70, haven't seen any around my way except once before. I use to have a 2008 is350 that would smoke those and pony cars. I have a 2010 IS-F now with a tuned 430HP V8, I don't even bother messing with the Infiniti coupes anymore, I just rev the straight pipes at the light and they don't wanna race all of a sudden. The GS460, LS600... RC-F, GS-F. I can go on and on.
My g when are you ever gonna actually get to use all that power? nikkas love being first to a red light

Hell no.

Low tier "luxury" at best. Middle class view of "luxury" :manny:

I'll add, I honestly wouldn't get an Infinity and think I'm getting luxury. :mjlol:

Just getting a "purported" better made vehicle with a tad more detailed styling.

Our definitions are different. :manny:
Meh, its all relative. A Chevy Spark is evidence that you failed in life in the US, but is a luxury in Vietnam. An E-Class Mercedes is a luxury in the US but just a regular ass taxicab in Germany. I'm not stressing over who considers what a luxury car.

Second a ton of their whips leather seats is standard as fukk...:ohlawd: plus you can super mod that shyt with Nissan racing parts have you a sleeper beast for the streets. :gladbron: I might cop a G37/q60 coupe when I get some bread... :mjcry:

breh the LC 500 shyts on the entire Infiniti brand combined so stop the madness. Lexus has something for everyone while Nissan can't even shyt out a GT-R clone for Infiniti to compete with the other luxury tourers. Meanwhile, the (formerly know) FX is long in the tooth just like QX80, which itself is just a rebadged Nissan Patrol, which has been around since forever. The lineup needs a revamp badly and first thing is to go back to the old names for their cars. G35/G37 was just finding its footing as a brand and they tossed it in the trash just like Cadillac has done by letting the same fukk boy switch up something that didn't need to be changed.

Look at the Lexus lineup and it has at least been refreshed in the last 2-3 years with the new LC, the new LS, the RC, the new RX, and nearly everything gets and F variant. Lineup might not be as fragmented as MB or BMW but with Infiniti all there is, is a bunch of crossovers, an aging big SUV, sedans that don't look better than their Nissan brother and one damn coupe which is the best in the lineup

Stop comparing apples to oranges bruh.
The LC is not only a v8 but also starts 92K new.:feedme::scust:

A 2-3 year used q50 is 25k tops and a 330 hp v6.:lawd:

Give me a used g37 for 20k and throw a Twin turbo kit for 15k and it will have 600hp and dust it.

I hate to say it but I'll always pick the q50 over a car like the LC the average person can't justify an investment of 800 dollar a month car payments and 300 dollar a month insurance.

To be honest the g35 and g37 carried the brand for so long. The q50 is nice but not as ground breaking/competitive/innovative as the g35 and g37 were at their respective times. The 330hp engine in the 370z and g37 compared to v6's is a beast.

the suvs/crossovers were soccer mom cars lol so I son't really pay attention to them.

what infiniti needs to do is stop fukkin around and offer a sporty v8 with 420-450 hp in a q50 frame with a competitive 40k cost so they can compete with these chargers/challengers/camaros/mustangs.

As an infiniti owner the thing that drew me to getting my g35 is the sportiness first, the low maintenance and purchase cost, and then the luxury. They may not have the numbers 0-60 or top speed other cars have but the g35 was fun as hell to drive and when you accelerated it you felt every bit of speed was a bit more fun than driving even some v8's I've drove. I'll admit alot of us have not bought the q50 because it can't compete on the sports car market as well as the g37 and g35 did back in the day.

Somebody claimed a RWD QX70 replacement was ready to go, but management cancelled it. This will make 3 FWD cars in their line-up. Next thing you know, they decide that they miss the I30 and bring back a re-badged Maxima. They're gonna fukk around and turn into Acura. :bryan:

Sad to see it go, but it's overdue. Still remember my wife's 1st generation FX35:ahh:....that exhaust note...that handling. Wasn't fast but sounded like it. That was the perfect SUV. She wants another...a QX70 with the 5 liter....hard to find now because of low production numbers and they stopped building them in 2014.

The Q60 Red Sport is 400 hp of the lot. Throw on some CAI maybe a tune you at 430-440 easy. Probably my next whip unless something Audi catches my eye. Not touching BMW with a 10 foot pole.

the sad part about the red sport is that is that that small 3.0 liter engine already maxed out at 400hp maybe 430 hp after mods and it has forced induction already

Any recent V8 stock camaro SS or a dodge charger srt8 or scat pack etc can beat it.
A g37 with twin turbos can beat it too due to its 3.7 liter engine.
An audi rs5 can also beat it too.

I just feel like there are too many cars faster than infinitis nowdays to pick it over other options

I love my G37 sedan. I'd agree that it's not luxury car but rather it has a good amount of luxury features. It's more a sports car to me because it's a 370z underneath. They are cheap cars when you consider the good power, features and low maintenance, so I got one.

I've driven a few of the Q50s and they improved on the luxury aspect, but I still think it's a sports car at the end of the day. It just happens to have a lot of luxury features and can even be a nice family sedan. It does a bit of everything.

Never drove the SUVs or Coupes so can't comment on those

Yeah I'd agree with the g37 being a sports car before the luxury. Infiniti's has always been performance oriented before luxury with a good cost in mind too

Ugly car brand IMO, g35 was ugly and so are their new shyt. Looks like a Nissan or a Camry Avalon.
