She's not just his mistress, she's been with the company for decades. She's worked her way through up the company. He has had a close relationship with her and probably taught her everything she knows. He feels she would be a good person to lead the company in the future.

I'm saying this is probably how it went. His ex wife had millions to loan him so it's safe to say he's not leaving the family assed out.

That’s how I feel about it too. Like, bro the only reason you lived an extraordinarily rich life is because the grandfather started a company and gave it to you but when it’s your time to do the same for your sons, you give it to some broad you fukked around with. I know the grandfather rolling over in the grave. He started the company for the family, not to go to some mistress. Even if the sons weren’t good businessmen, they could at least be on the board, have a controlling interest and just hire a MBA/CEO to run it.

The wife clearly wanted just that - board positions and voting rights for the sons. He fukked them over badly.
