sounds about right for japan. china and korea....not so much. they're pissed for a lot of different historical reasons. its complex. some people c00n, some people despise, its a 2 billion people man, there's no generalizing.

Unless its a private school... a school is only as good as its tax base. Hell a city is only as good as its tax base. Where do you think the money comes from 
A vast majority of minorities in urban area's take more money than they give out in taxes. Then want to complain about why there aren't enough cops or why there aren't enough sanitation workers cleaning up shyt. nikkas don't get involved in their communities and don't fukking work. If you want your child to go to a good school then move to a different zip code or get them into sports and pray they go to a private school. This shyt has been going on since the integration of neighborhoods. First white people moved, then they made it so that black people couldn't get good paying jobs which shrunk tax revenue. Then you got cities that depend on a small number of companies for employment so if that factory or plant every shuts down, you're fukked. Finally they created ways of making money and accumulating wealth/revenue that most minorities can't participate in (real estate, investments). Add liquor stores, easy credit and what you have is a systematic disintegration of a community.

Sh!t is sad. I honestly don't know what to say, really. In a country that has so many resources the level of violence children are exposed to is unbelievable.
Being from a 3rd world country while living in America I sometimes see news reports about "problems" in America and be thinking like "you fools think you have problems. GTFOH with your million dollar schools and your 'problems', G"
But when you see shyt like this and see children having to deal with these violent environments it can sometimes bring tears to your eyes.

damn man shyt really made me sad. my wife is living this shyt right now. she is so frustrated cause she tries so hard to help her kids but their home life is so horrible that they just cant focus. she teaches 1st graders in a school that is right next to the PJs in harlem. she had a little girl in foster care who hears voices and doesnt like to be alone so she throws tantrums to make sure she always has direct attention. she has one little girl that is always crying cause her mom got deported back to DR. she tries so hard to reach these little kids and she ends up caring so much that i see her carry the weight on her shoulders so i can only imagine the weight these little kids are carrying themselves.
all the money this country spends on war and they completely forgetting about schools in the hood. they just dont care
