Your mistake, just hiring someone on color is a fool's act. I don't care if my blood kin come to me, if they not going to help push and advance my company and it's goal/mission then they going to get that "We'll be in touch" reply. Business is Business, shouldn't ever be mixed with personal feelings or friendship (trust me breh, I've learned the hard way)

I won't say this is directly me facing racism. But just to show you how racist people think.
Found out my car was fukked. Engine locked, would have cost more to fix it than it originally cost in the first place. Called around a couple of places to see what I could get for it as scrap. Called this one place. And the owner, I guess he figured I was Black from my voice or something. anyway he goes on about how he could only give me $70 bucks for the car, because ever since Obama got into office the price of scrap metal has went way down and yadda yadda yadda. Called a black dude about 5 minutes later and he offered me $200 bucks for that shyt.

1. Standing in line at Home Depot with one item...
Situation: I'm in the one line that is open and there's another line thats closed with one old white cac bytch standing at her register doing nothing and a young cac dude restocking the end-caps near the registers.
So I'm standing in line behind this middle aged cac dude in front of me with my one item.
1 minute goes by...
2 mintues go by...still waiting on cac dude in front of me to check out...
All of a sudden, a new cac dude comes up in line behind me from the aisles.
Old cac bytch throws on her light and says "I can help you sir" to the new cac dude.
New cac dude rushes over to her line like they're old buddies. (Probably kkk buddies...)
Young cac dude sees the racist BS that's going down and goes and opens up his register to ring up my stuff.
He calls me over to his register and apologizes to me for the wait and the bullshyt the old cac bytch is perpetrating.
2. Projects at work....
Situation: Company needs to find a new method of doing business or we face shutting down.
So I'm thinking about this mess and how I don't want to lose my job or everyone elses jobs and I come up with a solution.
I, literally, fixed their shyt at the last minute of the last hour and brought them back from the edge.
So they put me at the head of the project since I fixed their shyt and got it working.
The whole time I get nothing but excuses why they can't get equipment to support the project, no travel availability to market the project, no funding for software for the project, no interest in anything that comes out of my mouth.
So I eventually said "fukk you" to them and asked to be taken off the project.
Fast forward a year later....
So the company has been operating with my last version of the project since I quit it, floating and doing okay.
Now, they hire some older new cac female and decide to assign her to my old project.
From day fkn ONE...they're throwin support at her.
Fkn trips to talk with investors, meetings with hardware companies, any software she suggests they buy without her even asking for it....shyt just shows up on her desk with a fukkin bow on it, they're asking her for reports and shyt and taking her word as gospel.
So of course, she doesn't know shyt about how the project works because i developed it.
And of course these fkn racist cacs have the nerve to tell me that they want me to train her on the project.
Yeah fkn right....I played that fake role and strung her and them other cacs along and made em feast on their bullshyt.
The project version she came up with wound up getting scrapped and it went back to my version of the project.
Of course, they're too happy to put her name all over the project like she came up with it.
fkn whatever...
She seems like a nice lady but I ain't playin in to none of their shyt!!
The only way that project will see the next version is when I FKN do it!
I could give them the next version that I came up with that blows the first out the fukkin water RIGHT fukkIN NOW....but until they respect me or change their ways...
