Instances where you've faced racism

Growing up in major city in California, I didn't grow up around many white people so I can't say I've experienced direct racism from them. But I remember I was almost involved in a huge race riot that broke out at my high school between the Blacks and Mexicans.

How do you think most of these people get their jobs in the first place?

Your mistake, just hiring someone on color is a fool's act. I don't care if my blood kin come to me, if they not going to help push and advance my company and it's goal/mission then they going to get that "We'll be in touch" reply. Business is Business, shouldn't ever be mixed with personal feelings or friendship (trust me breh, I've learned the hard way)
