This bytch is lazy to work for her goals

True minilisim is about only buying what you need & avoiding buying things to impress people

this

i don't like flossing but i also like being comfortable (within reason) and having nice things. and when i say nice things it's not even cars or fashion but things like food and cookwear. bought a 300$ french staub cast iron pot and omg the way its makes chicken taste. :wow: so succulent. i'll drop 60-100$ on a book or vinyl if I want it bad enough.

Materialism has ran its course. We peaked on flashy capitalism and clout chasing. Gen Z gonna change this whole society, inside out. The IG clout shyt, may not be there 10 years form now.

Gen z is materialistic they just grew up seeing people get rich doing very little. So they don’t want to work in the traditional way.

Nah sis this aint it from what few minutes i watched (seconds lol)

Okay yeah fukk the american dream, and the hustle-porn culture we live in, I'm all for unplugging from this shyt to re-calibrate and go my own way in life...I'ma simple man anyways

Even just wanting to exist is cool, some people have really been through some shyt so I can understand that mentality

but just being an aimless wanderer with no ambition for anything, not talking about professional but personal goals. like bytch learn to paint, study agriculture, or take up carpentry, or anything that can be a enriching experience and add to you as a person

fukk all that giving up shyt though

the mind craves stimulation, the body needs movement,

Same here. I did and redid the math, I will save more money in retirement than I will keep while working in the DC area.

It ain't about what you cop it's what you keep.

A car in a major city in the states costs 3000 a year to own.

I strongly believe in minimalism. Been going on 4 years and its great. I could probably move everything I have outside of my furniture inside a small box truck.

I still make good money, I just don't do anything with it. :yeshrug:

It's something that the younger gen HAS to untether themselves from because we're leaving them a society where they own nothing and will be borrowing everything. They are coming out of college with possibly 100k debt, to a 50k job and where all the houses are 500k and above anywhere near a decent city. So the reality is that most of the younger generation will be a sort of 'digital nomad' where they only rent some place to stay and have to bounce from apartment to apartment when the rent gets too expensive and their only real possessions are a phone and laptop to where they can escape into a 'metaverse' to live the life they actually want to live.

I mean all you gotta do is stop buying expensive shyt. People working themselves to death because of debt. Once you get rid of that credit card debt and car note you free:blessed:

3. I expect everyone (male or female) to "work hard" if they want to maximize their potential... unless they are some genius savant that excels effortlessly at all aspects of human life.

Examples:
working hard on your diet and fitness...
working hard on developing patience and understanding...
working hard to better understand yourself...
working hard to better your family/community...
etc. etc.
